Speaker’s Instruction

All speakers are requested to give their presentations on-site.
Please make sure to complete your conference registration before your presentation.

For Oral Presenters

  • The presentation language is English.
  • Please prepare your presentation slides in PowerPoint (PPT) format and bring them on a USB flash drive.
  • A PC preview desk will be available in the Hall.
    Please upload your slides at the preview desk at least 30 minutes before your presentation.
  • If you plan to use your own PC for the presentation, please also check your slides at the PC preview desk in advance.
  • Slide size is recommended to be in 16:9 format, but 4:3 is also acceptable.
  • Please include a Conflict of Interest (COI) disclosure slide in your presentation. For details, refer to the “Disclosure of Conflict of Interest” section on the Abstract Submission page.

For Poster Presenters

At CWIG2025, only abstracts selected as Top 10 Ranking Posters will include presentations. All other abstracts will not have presentations; instead, posters will be displayed in the poster area throughout the duration of CWIG2025 for participants to view freely.

Top 10 Ranking Poster Session

Abstracts selected as Top 10 Ranking Posters will be presented in the oral session in addition to being displayed in the poster area. Each presentation will be 2 minutes, followed by a 2-minute discussion. Please prepare your slides in the same format as for oral presenters.

Top 10 Ranking Poster Session will be held in the Plenary Hall (Middle Hall).

Poster Specifications

  • Poster should be prepared in English.
  • Please prepare your poster to fit within the dimensions of the poster board.
    Recommended size: A0 (841mm × 1189mm)
  • Please include a Disclosure Statement of Conflict of Interest (COI) at the bottom of your poster.
    For details, refer to the “Disclosure of Conflict of Interest” section on the Abstract Submission page.
  • Attach your poster to the board with your assigned poster number.

Poster Setup and Removal Schedule

Setup: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM, September 17
Removal: 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM, September 19
