Abstract submission for the CWIG2025 is now open.
CWIG2025 welcomes the submission of abstracts.

Submission Instructions
- All presenters must complete conference registration by the early bird registration deadline, June 10, 2025.
- Abstracts must be written in English and submitted in PDF format using the provided template via the online submission system.
- Each abstract must not exceed 300 words. You may include images and charts as long as they fit within a single page.
- The abstract title must be within a 20-word limit.
- After successfully submitting your abstract, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Changes or corrections to the abstract are allowed until the submission deadline.
- Modifications requested after the deadline will not be accepted.
Disclosure of Conflict of Interest
Presenting authors are required to disclose any conflicts of interest related to the content of their presentation within the past year with relevant companies, organizations, or entities.
For the specific disclosure items, please see below.
1. Compensation Amount
Received more than 1,000,000 JPY (7,000 USD) annually from one company or organization.
2. Stock Profits
Received more than 1,000,000 JPY (7,000 USD) annually from one company or held more than 5% of the shares in the company.
3. Patent Royalties
Received more than 1,000,000JPY (7,000 USD) annually for one patent.
4. Lecture Fees
Received more than 500,000 JPY (3,500 USD) annually from one company or organization.
5. Manuscript Fees
Received more than 500,000 JPY (3,500 USD) annually from one company or organization.
6. Research Founding
Total amount paid to the affiliated department (e.g., course or laboratory) from one company/organization exceeding 2,000,000 JPY (14,000 USD) annually.
7. Donations
Total amount paid to the affiliated department (e.g., course or laboratory) from one company/organization exceeding 2,000,000 JPY (14,000 USD) annually.
8. Endowed Courses Provided by Companies
If affiliated with an endowed course provided by a company.
9. Travel Expenses and Gifts
Received more than 50,000 JPY (3,500 USD) annually from one company/organization.
For oral presenter:Conflict of Interest Disclosure Slide
The oral presenting author must disclose any applicable conflicts of interest (COI) by displaying a "Conflict of Interest Disclosure" slide as the second slide in their presentation (following the title slide and presenter information).
For poster presenter:Disclosure Statement of COI
The poster presenting author must disclose any applicable conflicts of interest by including the following statement at the bottom of the poster:
