From Narita International Airport (NRT)
By Train
Narita Express (N'EX) to Tokyo Station
Take the Narita Express from Narita Airport to Tokyo Station.
The Narita Express (N'EX) is a direct train and is the fastest way to get to central Tokyo.
Travel Time: Approximately 60 minutes
Cost: Around 3,020 yen for a one-way ticket
Tokyo Station to Nagano
From Tokyo Station, transfer to the Hokuriku Shinkansen (formerly Nagano Shinkansen) bound for Nagano.
Travel Time: Approximately 80-100 minutes
Cost: Around 8,000 yen for a one-way ticket
By Bus from NRT to Nagano
There are direct highway buses from Narita Airport to Nagano Station.
Travel Time: Approximately 4-5 hours

From Haneda International Airport (HND)
By Train
Keikyu Line or Tokyo Monorail to Tokyo Station
Take the Keikyu Line (direct train) or the Tokyo Monorail from Haneda Airport to Tokyo Station.
If you take the Tokyo Monorail, transfer at Hamamatsucho Station to the JR Yamanote Line or Keihin-Tohoku Line to get to Tokyo Station.
Travel Time: Approximately 30-40 minutes
Cost: Around 500-700 yen
By Limousin bus from HND to Tokyo Station
There are limousine buses depart from Haneda Airport to Tokyo Station every 30 to 60 minutes (20 minutes, 580 yen).
