1. Overall Support Sponsors

We are offering various levels of sponsorship, including Platinum, Gold, and Silver Sponsors for the overall conference.

Platinum Sponsor: ¥2,400,000

• Complimentary exhibition booth (1 unit)
• Display of logo on the screen in the plenary hall
• Listing as a Platinum Sponsor in the program booklet and on the website
• Insertion of brochure into congress bags
• Broadcasting of promotional video in the plenary hall during breaks
• Waiver of registration fees for three participants
• Invitation to the Gala Dinner for three people

Gold Sponsor: ¥1,360,000

• Complimentary exhibition booth (1 unit)
• Listing as a Gold Sponsor in the program booklet and on the website
• Insertion of brochure into congress bags
• Waiver of registration fees for two participants
• Invitation to the Gala Dinner for two people

Silver Sponsor: ¥800,000

• Complimentary exhibition booth (1 unit)
• Listing as a Silver Sponsor in the program booklet and on the website
• Insertion of brochure into congress bags

Bronze Sponsor: ¥600,000

• Listing as a Bronze Sponsor in the program booklet and on the website
• Insertion of brochure into congress bags

Exhibition Fee: ¥240,000
Exhibition Period: Wednesday, September 17, 2025 – Friday, September 19, 2025

• Front matter (Monochrome/full page): ¥100,000
• Back matter (Monochrome/full page): ¥80,000
• Banner advertisement on website: ¥100,000

*The sponsor must provide a banner (W240 pixels x H80 pixels).

4. Social Events

Coffee Break: ¥250,000
Welcome Party: ¥500,000
Gala Dinner (Exclusive): ¥960,000

Shared collaboration is possible if one company does not cover the total cost.
Banners will be placed on all tables with the company logo.

5. Roll-Up Display

Roll-Up Display: ¥240,000

The organization offers available spaces for roll-ups.
The roll-up must be provided by the company.
The distribution of spaces will be flexible.
